Virgo Full Moon
During this 432hz Quartz crystal sound bath, we will honor and embrace the Virgo energy. We will lean into leveling-up within ourselves, removing the final things that do not serve us, and optimizing space for the rebirth of the Spring energy that is on its way during the month of March. During this Quartz sound bath, we will also tune in and tap into our thoughts or blocks around productivity, 'housekeeping', and honoring our own Karma in regards to relationships, mental health and boundaries. The Quartz sound bath will be guided and close with opt-in Reiki healing.
Note: We will take part in hands-on-activities, sharing, breathwork and acupressure
